General Definitions

In this document, "we" and "the Company" refer to 22mmr22. "User" and "account holder" refer to any person who accesses the platform or uses the services. "Services" refers to all games and services available on the 22mmr22 platform, including football betting, live casino, slots, esports betting, and cockfighting.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every access and use of the platform. This platform is created for personal entertainment purposes only, and only those in jurisdictions where it is legally permitted may access it.

1.1 Nature of the Service

22mmr22 is a digital platform accessible from any internet-connected device. Services are transacted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK/Ks).

1.2 Translations and Conflicts

Any translation of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. The original Burmese text is the authoritative and binding version.

User Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to use the service—

• You must be 21 years of age or older (21+).
• Online gambling must not be prohibited by the laws of the country where you reside (do not access the platform from a restricted location).
• Only one account per person is allowed. Accounts are for individual use, not for a household.
• You must be capable of making your own decisions and legally able to enter into agreements.

If inaccurate information was provided at the time of account registration, we reserve the right to close that account at any time and make a final decision on any related funds.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration

A registered account is required to fully use the service. The name, phone number, and any verification details provided at registration must be accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You should not share any account login credentials with a third party. The account holder is solely responsible for all financial activity that occurs on their account.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

We may request identity verification at any time. Failing to cooperate with such verification may be treated as a breach of account.

Deposit

Currently accepted payment methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks
• After we verify your deposit, the amount will be credited to your account.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, but we process all deposits as quickly as possible.
• Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only.
• We reserve the right to decline any irregular payments.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Before requesting a withdrawal, the wagering requirement on any bonus amount must be fully met.
• All withdrawal requests are processed after our review; additional verification details may be requested during the review.
• Withdrawals may be delayed due to operational limitations; if this occurs, we will notify you in advance.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at 22mmr22 can receive a 120% first deposit bonus of up to 200,000 Ks.

To withdraw your bonus, you must wager 10x the bonus amount—

• Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a total of 44,000 Ks. You must complete a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks.
• Example — If you deposit 340,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks (capped), giving you a total of 540,000 Ks. You must complete a wagering requirement of 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each account may receive the bonus once only; if any attempt is made to claim the bonus again using the same IP address, payment method, or device through a duplicate account, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The company reserves the right to change the bonus amount, percentage, or wagering conditions with prior notice.

6.3 VIP Cashback

Members of 22mmr22 VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) will receive cashback at the following rates—

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP tier placement is determined by the company based on your play history.

Game Rules

Please read the Game Rules for each game offered on the platform carefully before you start playing.

• The company is not responsible for any losses or changes to game outcomes caused by a disconnection during play.
• The server log is taken as the official record of game results; the server log takes precedence over what is displayed on screen.
• If a game system or software fault is exploited without justification, all winnings from that session may be voided and the account may be suspended immediately.

7.1 Football Betting

Odds and decisions on football matches are processed based on the committee review period after the match and the time of the final result announcement. Individual bet limits may apply and are subject to change.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with live dealers; certified technology (RNG / live tables) is used to ensure result integrity.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited—

• Opening duplicate accounts (multi-account) to claim bonuses
• Arbitrage betting or using bonuses to hedge bets
• Voucher fraud or financial hacking
• Exploiting software faults to attempt to win
• Using automation software, bots, or counter-measures to manipulate the game system
• Making any payment transactions related to money laundering
• Sending unsolicited spam, or attempting to phish other users' accounts

If any of these prohibitions are violated, we reserve the right to void balances, close accounts, and take legal action.

Personal Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you are also considered to have agreed to that policy.

• Data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Play history and balance data are retained for as long as the service is active.
• We do not share customer data with third parties, and will only disclose it in response to a lawful legal request.

Limitation of Liability

22mmr22 provides the service on an "as-is" basis and accepts liability for any type of loss only within the following limits—

• Player gambling losses — we are not liable (this is the nature of gambling).
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) — we are not liable.
• If we confirm that a disruption was caused by a technical fault on our end, we may rectify the affected session.

The maximum amount we may be liable for is limited to the deposits you made within 6 months prior to the incident.

Account Suspension

11.1 Suspension by the Company

We may suspend or close an account with notice or immediately for any of the following reasons—

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected money laundering activity
• Discovery that false information was provided
• A business decision to discontinue the service

11.2 Closure Requested by Player

If you want to close your account, contact [email protected]. Any remaining valid funds will be paid out after wagering requirements are met. The Self-exclusion process is described in our Responsible Gaming policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the platform and take effect 48 hours after posting. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
